Alinity Divine

Alinity was referenced in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch fan who is from California filed a civil lawsuit asking for $25 million damages from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly sexually provocative and explicit material that came from female streamers" when they logged on to the website. Dexerto obtained court documents showing that the person who had previously filed a lawsuit against Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard and Blizzard had lodged a formal lawsuit on the 15th of June. Twitch received an official summons from the court on 19th of June. Estavillo is an individual who, according to his complaint filed with Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15 was suffering from obsessive/compulsive problems as well as sexual addiction, among other illnesses that require him to rely solely upon the internet for entertainment. The complaint also claims Twitch can cause more harm to these disorders. It then listed several female Twitch streamers and stated that they "continue to expose users to sexually addictive content and regularly on a daily as well as consistent basis." Apart from Alinity, these include the following: When requesting relief the plaintiff wants all streamers named above to be permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS along with $25 million dollars "to be split among the plaintiff as well as other Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers," the remainder of which will go to a variety of charities.
